At onboarding stage – I make sure expectations of timelines and work scope are mutually agreed upon. I am familiar with Jira, Trello and asana like project management systems on client side or I usually set up a Notion document dashboard to track a stand alone project.
I am based in India currently- I have worked with teams in IST, CST, MT, EST, and European time zones in the past.
A standard practice is a weekly call to touch base on progress and gather feedback. Whenever required, am open to more meetings with a prior schedule and agenda.
My hourly rate for design production engagement is USD 25 with a minimum engagement of USD 1000 per month or project, whichever is applicable.
